As a Lead Diesel Technician, you'll play a pivotal role in diagnosing and repairing heavy-duty vehicles, ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently. We’re seeking a candidate who is focused, possesses a strong mechanical aptitude, and demonstrates excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills. Key Responsibilities:

• Uphold our Preventative Maintenance programs to ensure optimal vehicle performance.
• Accurately document all repair and maintenance work.
• Conduct regular operational analyses to maximize resource utilization and address any deficiencies.
• Ensure DOT compliance for all equipment.
• Coordinate maintenance activities with relevant personnel.
• Meet weekly with the shop manager to establish and discuss productivity plans.
• Adhere to all applicable federal, state, and company policies.
• Participate in training and development opportunities for professional growth.
• Communicate effectively with upper management regarding customer needs and feedback.

Requirements:

• Valid Driver's License
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma preferred
• Technical certifications preferred
• Possession of basic tools necessary for the job
• Relevant, verifiable work experience
